Workplace crises, such as accidents, violence, natural disasters, or organizational disruptions, can have profound psychological impacts on employees. This training equips HR professionals, managers, and workplace wellbeing champions with practical tools to implement trauma-informed practices in post-crisis environments. Participants learn how to recognize trauma responses, provide supportive interventions, and create workplace systems that prioritize employee emotional safety and recovery.
